01Who am I actually buying from?
YouBond is a marketplace: products are sold by independent sellers, each checked and approved before they are allowed to list. The eau de parfums are sprays and project more, with 6–8 hours typical. Heat and dry skin shorten both; a little moisturiser first makes a real difference.
02Are the products genuine?
Every seller is verified before their first listing goes live, and a seller who ships something other than what they listed is removed.
03Which one should I buy?
Tell us what you already wear, or what it is for — a wedding, daily office, a gift — and we will name two or three. The chat bubble on the home page does this in seconds and a person can pick it up.
04Do you gift wrap?
Our gift box sets arrive in their own presentation box, ready to hand over. Ask in the order notes or on WhatsApp if you would like a message card included.
05Is it original?
Every bottle is blended and filled by us and reaches you sealed. If a seal is broken when it arrives, that parcel should not be accepted — see the shipping policy.
06Can I visit?
